Walter R. “Mike” Ditch
North Brookfield-Walter Raymond Ditch, known lovingly by all as Mike, passed peacefully with family by his side on Tuesday, February 13, 2024.
Mike was born on the family farm in Sangerfield on December 1, 1950, the son of the late Kenneth Ditch and Frances Olmstead Ditch. Mike worked on the family farm for many years and was a life resident of North Brookfield. His loving kindness will be missed by all.
He is survived by his sister Shirley Ditch; his sister-in-law Nancy Ditch, a VERY SPECIAL niece and nephew Frances and Kenny Ditch, and Brenda Gates; along with many more loved nieces and nephews.
Mike was predeceased by his parents Kenneth and Frances; his brothers Howard Kenneth Ditch and Donald James Ditch; a half brother Philip Moon; his sister and brother-n-law, Linda Pauline Furner and Frank Furner; his half sisters Betty Sabine and Doris Lewis.
Graveside services will be held this spring in Graham Cemetery. There are no public services at this time. Personal and professional care in being provided to Mike and his family by Jeffrey T.
