Morrisville-Victor Edward Mikalunas Jr., age 74, passed away peacefully in his home on March 18, 2021, with his loving wife and family at his side after a long battle of Lymphoma cancer.He was born December 24,1946, in South Otselic, one of eight children, raised in Sherburne. He attended Sherburne school where he met the love of his life Sandra Kingsbury; they married December 26, 1967. Shortly after he was sent off to war in Vietnam where he served in the Army's 4th Infantry Division from 1967-1969. Vic was raised on his family farm in Sherburne. In later years, he then bought his own farm in Morrisville. Vic also had several careers throughout the years, but one, mainly working as a self-employed carpenter, who could build anything. He had amazing woodworking skills that he passed on too many. He touched the hearts and lives of many throughout the years and made lifelong friends, such as Gary Ray and Randy Morgan.Vic enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling, golfing, horseshoes, playing cards and camping. He loved spending precious moments with his 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren who adored him more than words can say. Vic was the life of the party and enjoyed making people laugh. He put a smile on everyone's face with his great stories, memories and his unique grace.He will be truly missed by many but will never be forgotten.Vic was predeceased by his grandson Jack MarlandGreat grandchildren Owen Sharp, Carter Kemp, Riley, Ailee, Rogan & Asher Dooley, Jessie Jr. & Cloe Liddle He leaves behind his beloved wife Sandra of 52 years his; 4 children including daughter Tina (Robert) Sharp of Eaton, son Chad (Mary) Mikalunas of Morrisville, daughter Wendy (Charles) Marland of Morrisville and daughter Amy (Don) Kemp of Cassville; 10 Grandchildren including: Andrew (Shelby Brabant) Sharp, Alex (Shelby) Sharp, Aaron (Megan) Dooley, Jessie (Heather Fetherley)Liddle, Cale, Mason & Logan Marland, Dustin (Alexx) Kemp, Devin, Olivia Kemp.Funeral services with Military Honor will be held in the spring. There will be no calling hours. Interment will be at Valley View cemetery in Morrisville. Vic's family have entrusted his care to the Paul Funeral Home of Madison. Celebration of life will be held at a later date and time to be announced.
