Steve V. AbbuhlMadison-Steve V. Abbuhl, 63, a life resident, passed away peacefully on Monday, November, 9, 2020, at the Bassett Healthcare Center, Cooperstown, with the love and support of his daughters by his side.Steve was born in Cortland, the son Frederick and Lena Reynolds Abbuhl. He was a graduate of Madison Central School. Following high school, Steve proudly served in the United States Army. He was a life-long automotive mechanic, and had worked for various shops. He retired from the Oneida Wal Mart Super Center, Automotive Service Center. Steve would love to tinker with "anything" that had a motor. He was a devoted and loving father to his daughters.Steve is survived by his two beloved daughters, Kelly Abbuhl of Norwich and Casey Abbuhl, of Madison; his son Eric Abbuhl and family of Sherburne; his father Fred of Florida; his brother Chris (Alesia) Abbuhl and family of Florida; his sister Lorie (Ed) Oschie of Colorado; and his nieces and nephews.Steve was predeceased by his mother Lena.There are no services or calling hours at this time. Cremation has taken place at the Waterville Crematorium. Steve's family have entrusted his care to the Paul Funeral Home of Madison.
