Oriskany Falls-Sharon Rose McCulley, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 18, 2024, at the Abraham House in Utica.

She was born in Utica on December 8,1940, the daughter of the late Graydon Henry McCulley and Georgela Rosezell May Simpson McCulley. Sharon was a graduate of Utica Free Academy. She had lived her life in many various locations to include Utica, Vestal, Sheds, and Oriskany Falls. She loved to garden and raised beautiful flowers. Sharon loved car trips to take in the beautiful countryside.  Shen also was an avid bird watcher. Sharon was a caregiver at heart and for many years worked in elder care as an LPN. She was a devoted Christian and was deeply devoted to her Lord and Savior. She was an active member of the Pilgram Holiness Church of Marcy.

She is survived by her sons, Mark (Donna) Williams and Henry McCulley. She is also survived by her sister Doris (Bill) Biederman. Sharon is also survived by her grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents Graydon and Georgela; her siblings: Irving Marcella, Eugene, and Hank.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 25, 2024, at the Pilgrim Holiness Church of Marcy at 5 PM.  Visitation will be from 4-5 PM at the church, 9400 Kennedy Road, Marcy, NY 13403. Her burial will take place at the Chenango Valley Cemetery, on Friday, July 26, at 11AM, where Sharon will be laid to rest next to her parents.
