Ronald R Lollman Obituary

Rome - Ronald R. Lollman, 75, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 26, 2025, at home.

Ronald was born in Oneida, New York on May 18, 1949, the son of Kenneth and Josephine Shore Lollman. Ronald was raised, and spent many years of his life in Madison, where although an individual with special needs, he helped provide for his family by working at many local farms.  Ronald also had many passions in life which included coloring, jig-saw puzzles, word finds, hooking rugs, his favorite radio and television programs, but most of all he enjoyed fishing, four wheeling and bowling.

He is survived by his siblings, Virginia Battaglia, of Norwich, William (Kathy) Lollman, of Canastota, Judy Oliver, of Vestal, and Debbie (Bob) Llewellyn, of Sherburne. Ronald is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Ronald was predeceased by his parents, Kenneth and Josephine, his brother-in-law, Sal Battaglia, and a nephew, Josh Llewellyn. 

Ronald’s family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to the staff at the North George Street IRA in Rome for taking such wonderful care of him and making it his home.

Family and friends are invited to visitation on Friday, January 31, 2025, from 2:30-3:30 PM at the Paul Funeral Home, 3592 South Street in Madison. A prayer service will be held following visitation at 3:30, with a private interment to be held in the spring in the Madison Cemetery. Compassionate and personal care are being provided to Ronald and his family by Jeffrey T. Paul, Director, of the Paul Funeral Home of Madison.
