Richard M. MilesMadison-Richard M. Miles,72, peacefully passed on Friday, March 24, 2017, at his home.Dick was born on November 10, 1944, in Cherry Hill, NJ, the son of the late Allan D. Mile, Sr. and Anne Hoare Miles. He was a graduate of Cherry Hill High and later attended MVCC. At the United Methodist Church in Oriskany Falls, in 1982, he married Pamela Nolan. Dick was a well know independent contractor who was a skilled carpenter. Following his retirement, Dick loved to have company at his home. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and "tinkering" with anything that needed to be "tinkered." He was a devoted husband and father. His greatest pride and joy was his grandchildren. He is survived by his beloved wife, Pam; his son, Jeff Miles, and his wife Jennifer, of East Berlin, PA; his daughter, Katie Eastman, and her husband Jesse, of Fort Drum: his brother, Allan D. Miles and his wife, Nighisty, of Colorado Springs, CO; his sister, Susan Cramer, of New Mexico; his grandchild, whom he was proud: Anne Virginia Miles, Evan Nathaniel Miles, Catherine Elizabeth Eastman, Mathew James Eastman, and Ellie Florence Eastman Dick also leaves many loving nieces and nephews. Dick's family would like to give thanks to the wonderful nurses of Hospice Care for the complete and loving care they gave Dick.
