Michael H. LiddleSyracuse-Michael H. Liddle, 35, passed away peacefully with the love and support of his mother, father, and other family members on Sunday, October 29, 2017, at Upstate Medical Center, as a result of a car pedestrian accident that occurred on October 10, 2017, in Syracuse.Mike was born on August 13, 1982, in Syracuse, the son of Garth G., Sr., and Mischelle Wolicki Liddle. He grew up in Pratts Hollow and attended Stockbridge Valley School. Mike lived his life on his own terms, sometimes to others dismay. He faced his own adversities, but always focused on the notion of "making it thru one day at a time." Most recently, Mike had been volunteering his time to help others. He was also involved in the Pedal to Possibilities at the Brady Faith Center in Syracuse, where he was surrounded by great friends and mentors. He was willing to mentor others, not only to strengthen himself, but to help others. Mike found his peace in the great outdoors, and especially loved to fish. Mike's final act of love, was to have his organs donated for transplant, saving at least three other people's lives.He is survived by his mother and step-father, Mischelle and Gary Branigan, of Pratts Hollow; his father, Garth G. Liddle, Sr., of Eaton; his maternal grandmother, Lynn Connors, of Stockbridge; his paternal grandfather, Gordon Liddle, of Chester, VA; his twin brother, Garth G. Liddle, Jr., of Pratts Hollow, his brother, Jesse Liddle, of Eaton; his step-brother, Aaron Dooley, and his wife, Megan, of Morrisville, his step-brother, Gary Branigan, II, and his wife Nicole, of Nashville, TN. Several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews also survive Mike.There will be "A Celebration of Mike's Life" to be held at a time and place to be announced. Cremation was at the Waterville Crematory. There will be no calling hours and interment services will be held at the convenience of the family. A memorial service will be held in Mike's honor at the Brady Faith Center, 404 South Ave, Syracuse, New York, 13204 on Wednesday November 8th at 10:30 am.
