Mariah June Nichols
Bouckville-Mariah June Nichols, 18. passed away unexpectedly at home on May 9th, 2024.
Born in Syracuse on May 20, 2005, she was a recent graduate of Madison Central School and had lived in the area her whole life. Mariah was a sister, daughter, and friend to those she loved. At the age of 6 she was fostered by Annett Nichols and soon after adopted along with her biological sister Keyara. Mariah had a passion for experimenting with new makeup and hair styles and loved to collect perfumes. She loved to spend time with her younger sisters doing makeovers and running around outside with her little brothers. She could often be found around the house quietly reading a book or listening to music. Following her graduation from high school, Mariah had been attending SUNY Cobleskill and was on her way to pursuing a career in the culinary arts. Along with her schoolwork, Mariah also had been working regularly at Price Chopper in Hamilton. She was a unique person with boundless potential. Her family and friends will miss her tremendously.
Mariah is survived by her mother Annett (Tod Cable), brothers Andrew (Chrissy Bishop, son Anthony, daughters Sadie and Riley), Dallas (Jessica Stippell), Anson, Kailyr, sisters Amber (daughter Charlie), Raina, Keyara, Jovie, and Gretchen
Calling hours will take place on Thursday, May 16, 2024, at Paul Funeral Home in Madison from 4-7pm. A graveside funeral service will be held on Friday, 11am, at the Stockbridge Cemetery, with the Rev. Jennifer Neidhart, Pastor, of the Madison United Methodist Church, officiating. A Celebration of Life will immediately follow at the Madison Legion Hall, 3606 South Street in Madison, all are welcome to attend.
