LaVonne E. ButlerMunnsville-LaVonne E. Butler, 54, passed away on Wednesday, December 30, 2020, following a lengthy illness, at the St. Elizabeth's Medical Center.LaVonne was born on December 4, 1966, in Oneida, the daughter of the late Frank and Judith Curtis Butler. She graduated from VVS High School. LaVonne was happiest at home caring for her husband Steve, and children Steve Jr., and Brian. LaVonne was a care free soul, who enjoyed life, and especially family times.Her family mourns her passing, they include her husband of forty years and a day, Steve M. Schenk, Sr. of Munnsville; her sons Steve M. Schenk Jr. of Munnsville; Brian Schenk, and his fiancée, Kendy Buezo; her brothers: Frank Butler of Florida, Tom Butler of Rome and Ron (Diane) Butler of Westernville; her sister Ginger Butler of Rome; several nieces and nephews. LaVonne was predeceased by her parents Frank and Judith, and her sister Robin Muir.Family funeral services will be private. There will be a visitation to be held on Monday, January 4, 2021 at the Paul Funeral Home of Madison from 2 PM to 4 PM. Due to the current Covid-19 Crisis, facial masks must be worn, social distancing must be maintained and adjusted total capacity must be followed. Interment will be made in Glenwood Cemetery. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Paul Funeral Home of Madison.
