June M. Rieben

Oriskany Falls-June Marie Rieben, 64, passed away peacefully at her home with her beloved caregiver Randy by her side on Wednesday, September 10th 2025.

She was born in New Hartford on January 14th 1961, the daughter of the late Chester A. Rieben and Teresa King Rieben. June grew up in Utica and attended local schools. She was a compassionate person who deeply loved her family and her dogs.  Being a homemaker brought June much joy and fulfillment. She always enjoyed being outside enjoying the spectacle of nature and many long rides on the back of Randy's motorcycle.  She always enjoyed a trip to the lake. June liked playing Yahtzee or a good game of cards.  She was a devoted parishioner of Saint Joseph-Saint Patrick's Roman Catholic Church. She was a member of the Rosary Society and book club.

June is survived by her constant companion, soul mate, and care giver, Randy Boylan; her daughter Jamie Lee Rieben (Vallance) her son-in-law to be Jason Bradley; her grandchildren: Jorden Kennerson,  Kodi Vallance;  Kyle Bradley; her great granddaughters, Ava and Aspen Fails; her aunt and uncle, Mary and Fred Muller .   Other family members to include Debbie Boylan; her best friend Linda Toner, her God Mother Patricia Iagnocco, her church family, and long-time friends also survive June.

She was predeceased by her parents Chester and Teresa Rieben; her siblings: Jimmy and Johnny Rieben and Joanne Schofield.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for June, on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at Saint Joseph-Saint Patrick's Roman Catholic Church at 10:30 AM, 702 Columbia Street, Utica. Visitation will 9:30 to 10:30 AM, one hour prior to the service at the church.  Compassionate and personal care is being provided to June and her family by Jeffrey T.
