Joseph W. KushnerJoseph Werner Kushner, born in Ann Arbor, Michigan on April 20,1941, to Samuel Kushner and Ruth Paul Kushner, died in Spain on October 13, 2018.Joseph received a BA from Ripon College and a PhD from the University of Tennessee in economics. He taught economics at Valdosta State University in Georgia. He is survived by his Mother, his brother, two sisters, and six nieces and nephews.Private services are being coordinated by the Paul Funeral Home in Madison, New York.
