Jill M. Dailey SnyderOneida-Jill Marie Dailey Snyder, 54, passed away in comfort at her home, with her family at her side follow a 11-year courageous battle against cancer Thursday, August 10, 2017.She was born in Canastota, on October 1, 1962, the daughter of Donald and Frances Rice Dailey. Jill had attended Canastota High School and later received her GED in 1995. On Valentine's Day in 2001 she married the love of her life, Kim L. Snyder. For many years they lived in Bennington, VT. Jill had been a long-time office manager for the J. A. MacDonald, Co., of Bennington. Jill and Kim returned to the Oneida area in 2009. She loved road trips in her bright yellow Chevy SS. Jill will be remembered as devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and loving friend.Jill is survived by her loving husband, Kim L. Snyder, of Oneida; her daughter, Amanda (Ed) Hewitt, of Madison; her son, Arthur R., Jr. (Heather) Berger, of Vernon Center; her mother, Frances Dailey, of Morrisville; her brother, Alan (Karen) Dailey, of New Woodstock, and Steve (Yvette) Dailey, of Hamilton; her sisters, Donna Dailey and her companion, Brian Gerais, of Chittenango; her uncle, Thomas Dailey, of Canastota; her step children, Kym (Amanda) Snyder, of Oneida, and Kolleen (Wayne) Warren, of PA; 9 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.She was predeceased by her father, Donald Dailey in 1992.Funeral service will be held at 2 PM on Sunday, August 13, 2017, at the Paul Funeral Home of Madison, with the Rev. Jay Williams, pastor, of the Augusta Presbyterian Church, officiating. Family and friends may call at the funeral home, 3592 South Street, prior to the service from Noon until 2 PM. Interment will be in Clockville Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
