Jeffrey L. Plourde
Jeffrey L. Plourde, 59 of Philadelphia PA, passed away at home on June 17, 2026, following a valiant three-year fight against Glioblastoma.
He was born March 14,1967, in Utica, NY the son of Norman and Pansy Plourde.
He was a graduate of Waterville Central High School, SUNY at Delhi & NY Institute of Technology with a Bachelors degree in Architecture and a Master’s degree in Interior Design.
Jeff began his career in New York City at Aero Studios as an Interior Designer. In 1999 Jeff moved to Philadelphia to expand his career into Property Development and Interior Design.
In 2014, Jeff married Richard Lee in Philadelphia although their relationship spanned 28 years.
He and Rich owned and operated a boutique digital printing company in the Philadelphia region along with multiple rental properties.
Jeff had a unique ability to engage people with his special personality and charm. He possessed the skill to transform clients’ ideas and personalities into habitable interiors; their houses into homes.
Jeff is survived by his parents, Norman & Pansy; spouse Richard; his brothers Jerry & Laura Plourde of Port St. Lucie, Fl; Norman (Joe) & Ann Plourde, Latham NY; Douglas & Mary Beth Plourde, Waterville, NY. Father-in-law Paul Lee & Sister-in-law Karen Lee of Philadelphia, PA. Nieces, nephews and multiple aunts, uncles and cousins. He also leaves behind numerous lifelong friends and community members who added significant value and happiness to his life.
He was predeceased by his brother Bobby and his mother-in-law Diane.
All are welcome to attend graveside services to be held at St. Bernard’s Cemetery, Sanger Hill Road, Waterville on Friday July 3rd,2026 at 11 am with Rev. Becky Guthrie officiating. A luncheon will follow the service at 411 Tower St, Waterville. Local funeral arrangements are in the compassionate care of the Paul Funeral Home of Madison.
