Elijah L. Scott Obituary
Elijah L. Scott
Eaton- Elijah L. Scott,22, went home to Jesus on Monday, May 26, 2025.
He was born in Syracuse on September 22, 2002, the son of Brandy Wilcox and Yaphiette Scott. He attended Hamilton High School and furthered his education by obtaining his certification as a welder. He was currently employed by Ferris Industries as a welder. Elijah deeply loved his family and would always enjoy any moment that would all be together. He had a love for the outdoors, especially fishing. His contagious laughter and unique personality will be missed by all that knew him. As Rick once said, “It’s fine, everything is fine. There’s an infinite number of realities, Morty, and in a few dozens of those, I got lucky and turned everything back to normal”.
Through memories and laughter Elijah L. Scott will forever be with us.
Elijah leaves behind his cherished family, his mother Brandy Wilcox; his father Yaphiette Scott; his brothers: Asean Bell, Zachary Wilcox, Travon Wilcox, Jaheal Ridgeway; his maternal grandparent; his paternal grandmother, his paternal great-grandfather; two nieces. Elijah is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins who he loved deeply.
He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather and paternal great-grandparents
Elijah’s family offers a heartfelt thank you to Elijah’s cousin Teanna Winton for the love and support through this difficult time.
Services were privately held. Compassionate and personal care is being provided to Elijah and his family by Jeffrey T. Paul, Director of the Paul Funeral Home of Madison. To offer a condolence.
