Eleanor M. FrancesIlion- Eleanor M. Frances, 81, a resident of The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing Center of Mohawk Valley, formerly of Frankfort, passed away peacefully at Little Falls Hospital, on Tuesday, February, 25, 2020.She was born December 25, 1938, in Boston, the daughter of Timothy J. and Ester E. Agnew O'Leary. Eleanor was raised in Boston and graduated from the Girls High School. She lived for many years in the Utica area. Eleanor had worked as a secretary at the former Oneida National Bank of Utica. She had been previously been employed at the Utica Five and Dime Store. Eleanor had also been a former resident of Brookfield for many years. Eleanor is survived by her loving family, Elizabeth Smith of Wilmington, MA; Timothy O'Leary of So Yarmouth, MA; Dorothy Martinez of Dorchester, MA and Thomas O'Leary of Bridgewater, Massachusetts Eleanor was predeceased by her beloved husband, Manuel J. Frances.In keeping with Eleanor's wishes, there will be no calling hours or services. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Paul Funeral Home of Brookfield.
