He is survived by his wife, Maryann; his children, Ryan, Renee and Christopher; his parents, Eugene and Roxyann; a brother, James (Debra); several nieces and nephews, as well as his beloved dog Piper.
He is predeceased by his sister, Kim.
The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the staff at Crouse for their tremendous care.
Family and friends are invited to attend Mike’s visitation on Monday, June 10, from 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M., at the Paul Funeral Home, 3592 South Street, Madison.
