He was born in Cooperstown on October 9, 1965, the son of James Curtis and Betty Convis. Bill grew up in New Berlin and graduated from New Berlin High School. He also was a part-time Hamilton Police Officer. Later in his career, Bill had been a long-time employee of Clinton Tractor, later working at Empire Tractor. He was a proud veteran and a member of the Munnsville American Legion Post 54. Bill was a caring person, who would put others before himself. He will be deeply missed by all who loved him.
